An original British Quad poster produced for the 2010 reconstructed and restored cinema re-release of Fritz Lang’s landmark science-fiction masterpiece Metropolis.
 
The striking Art Deco cityscape is based on the celebrated original 1927 artwork by Boris Bilinsky, with the title integrated dramatically into the futuristic architecture.
 
The 2010 restoration reinstated approximately 25 minutes of previously lost footage and returned Lang’s film closer to its original 1927 form.
